Reality Check
People are getting a bit crazy aren't they? Wobbler147 was selling an item and the market decided how much it was worth based on what someone is willing to pay for it. Afraid thats how economies work in this world my friend, and is the basis by which larger organisations work (such as microshaft) in order to provide YOU with such items as the x360. So next time you rant on out of your childish little rectum, stop and pause, think whether or not you've got the intellect to enter this debate.
HOw on earth is he 'ripping people off?!?' how is this site for 'real gamers??' so you mean getting a text alert sent to you to give you an 'edge' is completely fair compared to the 9 year old stuck in school who can't do anything about it? Starting to make sense now is it lee? you've paid for a service and your getting what its worth to you. Grow up.

Can I just add that the text messaging is a minor sideline of this site now. At first, when they were rarer than hens eggs, then yes, it was useful to many people. Now it's secondary to the shopper page and general forum messages.

re:reality check
My point is that this site in its entirety gives someone a competitive edge and therefore it is entirely hypocritical to be 'disgusted' the way by which people operate on ebay. People tend to take the moral high ground as and when it suits them

Post about ebay.co.uk
true. I haven't personally got an issue with the ebay traders. People will pay what they want, and we are seeing that now with 360s going for, or below, retail costs. Those ebayers, I assume, have covered those losses with previous profits.
But I know of a number of people who have bought consoles, HDDs and video cables off ebay traders becuase there were simply none available anywhere else. The small price premium they paid (we're not talking the £800 consoles here!) was worth it to them, to get the stuff there and then.
ebay is part of Internet life now, and we have to accept that.
