As the guy below says if you have a 360 that goes wrong and you got it from game.net just take it back to any high street Game shop and they will change it, I did that only last week, went in with a core that kept giving me dirty disk errers and came out with a new premium (payed the extra of course)
I hear of a lot of people who assume that you will have to call M$ for a cardboard box but It's worth trying the place of purchase first.
