First of all Jack, if you want people to take you seriously, don't call them 'kids' and tell them to 'get jobs in the real world'. Personally, I have a job, and if you used to work in Cex, I can tell you for free its a considerably better job than you've got, so don't talk down to me mate.
Secondly, most of the posts on here are just pointing out that there really is no point in buying from Cex, since you can get the goods cheaper elsewhere. They are NOT saying they don't understand what Cex are doing. And there is a difference. Try reading people's posts and not just giving kneejerk reactions 'moron'

Every time I call to spaeak to customer service, I can never get through. It,s a recorded message that keeps circulating,with the same information and you never get past first base. So it's a total waste of time calling this number.
Please sort this out
