I emailed them (31 Jan) to confirm if my order would now be going through, stating that there web-page indicates the item is 'usually despatched within 48 hours'. Here is the response I received:

I apologize for the delay of this item, the distributors have delayed this title until the 31/01/06, please be advised that this is an estimated date that is given to us by the distributors which can change. As soon as the order arrives with us we will dispatch it to you as quickly as possible.
I can confirm that we have not charged your card at this time and that no charged will be made against your card until your order has been dispatched.

"until 31/01/06"??? that's today you numpty!
So to me, it sounds like they ain't in stock, it's just there system hasn't been updated with a further delay of stock, and the system has automatically presumed the stock has arrived.
