I've ordered DVD's from the guys for years now, and they've always been totally spot on. Much faster processing & delivery time than Play & Amazon.
Yes, their Xbox 360 listings have been poor (they're currently selling Call Of Duty 2: The Big Red One for the 360!?)... but I would never suggest 'avoiding at all costs'.
Like so many others, they're continually let down by their distributors. They just need to wise-up on there expected dispatch dates.
P.S. Also noticed that according to their website Top Spin 2 is 'usually shipped within 48 hours'! Oh dear, maybe they really ain't so hot...
