Just to clear up some of these issues:
VGA Cable - once again the stock status was triggered by stock arriving for ChoicesUK TV. We have highlighted this issue with the management team as it causes confusion and disappointment with customers which could otherwise have been avoided.
Spam - Steve, we have moved over to a new 3rd party mailing system with integrated unsubscription management (you can now unsubscribe from the footer of the email and this process is automated). I apologise that your email address has not been removed from the list to date - if you happened to have emailed the customer service team, they provide us with a list of unsubscribers each week so I'm not sure why your address has not been removed. In addition, please could you check "My Preferences" under your account and ensure the subscribe to emails checkbox is unticked and then save your preferences as necessary.
Top Spin - again the release date of this title has been put back (was 06/01) and we have raised this with the database team to update. As the current release date on site is 06/01 and this has triggered the stock status to 48 hours. Once again apologies for the confusion!
