Changing my name from yeehahgosh to yeehah-hdnl as it looks like it's the Home delivery network that's causing the shoddi-ness. I've never dealt with a company like it, customer service is non existent, there's no helpfulness at all. I would never use such a company, Argos haven't done themselves any favours at all.
