I've had more fun with the Nottingham depot this morning with a very rude Irfan who refused to talk to me unless I had been carded; (considering address issues and the fact it should have been deliveryed thursday 29th)... Anyway, it looks like I won't know if the item is out for delivery until they update their systems at 11am.
