Not only the fact the last post before yours is around 6 weeks ago (a totally different 'down time'), but you also need GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) converted to 'England time'!!!!

But to help you out in your distress, I believe there is another thread here that mentions when we can expect Live back on today. GMT that is.

my 360 went live again earlier after it had been down for 24hours, now it wont connect again and fails at the "xbox live" bit on the test? anyone got a clue why?

my 360 got the ring of fire and sadly died i took it back and got a new one i managed to keep my old hard drive cos it had all my saved games and x box live on now i try to log in and i cant get passed the m t u on connection test can anyone help ?

same on my one month free i conected excellent i got 12 months today when i go to put code it disconnects i go to test connection MTU failur tried it for 5 hours still wouldnt work ...

thanks to evryone for the input on mtu as i was saying before my 360 died and the ring of fire came up on the front it wasnt untill today i went to put the intercooler back on and noticed the powerport on the back is a bit chard ! the instructions say turn the power button off on the intercooler first before the x box i didnt part of my male socket from my old x box is still melted in the powerport dont make the same mistake as me boys if you love ur x box like i do.back on x box live many thanks.

the mtu is failing for every one. live should hav ben on at 12:30 but im still getting MTU failuer. one idea is pulling out ur ethernet cord so it can get a new IP if that dos not work then were just gona hav to wait SAINTS ROW 2 DEMO is wat im waiting for the moste
