XBOX UPDATE
ANYONE ELSE GET THE UPDATES FOR XBOX 360 LAST NIGHT SEEMS LIKE INTERFACE HAS CHANGED A BIT AND EVERYTIME I PUT A DIFFERENT GAME IN IT SEMMS TO UPDATE FOR THEM TOO. NOT SURE WHAT THATS DOING BUT SAINTS ROW LAG ON LIVE SEEMS TO BE SORTED OUT

apparently it was to update hd to 1080p i have to admit i havent got a hdtv but when playing saints row i did think the picture did look different so dont now if this affects normal tvs too but picture definately looked wider

I read somewhere that most (if not all) 1080p TV's don't support 1080p over Component (only 1080i). Does this mean Microsoft are going to bring out a HDMI cable??

I've got the update and it's working fine for me, but I've been reading on news groups that people with Xbox's bought recently have been having problems with it. Can't test the 1080p, but I can confirm that you can now play videos (wmv format) from your portable storage devices!
