xbox live problems
my xbox wont connect to xbox live because it asks to do an update but the update always fails and tells me to go to www.xbox.com/update but that only brings me to the support page which doesnt have anything for a problem like this.could someone out there have any type of answer for this?

I contacted the xbox live support team, and the said keep tryiong till Tuesday. Really bad support.

XBOX 360 support is absolutely terrible, we go out and spend money on their unreliable products and they basically give us the finger
my XBOX live is down and the support cant do anything, they are obviously severely mentally disadvantaged
