I placed my pre-order with them on 25th September and received it on 28th December. I chose sendit.com because I was a regular customer and thought being one of the smaller retailers, the queue would be smaller.
I sent them an email each week asking for an update on the stock situation and all I received was cryptic hints that I might receive it soon. They really can’t deal with complaints and struggle to answer simple and straight forward questions, so they ignore them and reply with a thank you.
Unlike most mail order and high street stores they haven’t a clue when they are likely to receive deliveries in.
They are cheap for games and DVDs, but you can’t rely on them. I wouldn’t use them again.
It’s not the problems that cause the upset; it’s the way in which you handle them.
But compared to a few others still waiting for Amazon to deliver, not too bad a result.
