Well if you Google i-games you now get the site without James info, but as how legit it is I'll wait and see if my order comes and let you know. :(

I've still not got my item from I-Game which I ordered on 19/01/06. Website is now down and email contact from them ceased on 01/02/06. I am hoping they will reply to my letter sent to them on 09/02/06 and refund me £78.48 within 7 days. If I get my refund, I'll leave a further post here.

I didn't realise you had money taken, sorry to hear that I guess I got away lightly.
Have you tried contacting you credit card people they will normally refund you and hunt down the crooks them selves.

As the amount is under £100.00, I am not 100% sure if I'll get the money back. I'm now awaiting a phonecall from Trading Standards as they have been kept up to date with my situation. I would recommend anyone else should also contact Trading Standards @ consumerdirect about this company if you've had your money taken and not received your goods.

I got a full refund today out of the blue. Not sure if I-Game have refunded me off their own backs but if so - thanks very much. Could be something to do with my bank or Trading Standards making enquiries. I-Game do appeared to of ceased trading according my local Trading Standards Officer.
