Looks like one story for one, one from another as I got this replay from Woolies :-
I apologise that we do not have a tracking number for this order. The item has been despatched 24/01/06 and should arrive within 3-7 working days from the date of despatch. If the item has not been delivered by 01/02/06 please contact us and we can then take further action. If for any reason you are not available to accept delivery, the couriers should leave a card through your door providing their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery. I again apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Anyway, no sooner had I read that than the door bell went! Good old Parcelforce - I take it all back.
