Guys - if you can't get your tracking numbers, do this:
- Use parcelforce website to find your local depot.
- Call parcelforce (08708 501150) and ask them for the phone number for your local depot.
- Call your depot and they should be able to get your tracking number from the postcode that it's being delivered to (the head office people can't do this).
Hope that helps someone, or at least gives them better information.
