Ok this is getting stupid now
Ok, i've just been trying to contact the gamestation mail order service to find out what the hell happened to my HDD i order and after letting it ring for ages got a funny answer machine message.....
"We're sorry but our gamesation mail order service is now closed, we will be reopenning on tuesday at 9 am, thank you...."
Thats funny i thought today was tuesday, unless its like that film groundhog day or summin :(

Consider yourself lucky...
If you actually spoke to someone, chances are they would treat you like dirt.
I could not beleive a company that large could have no clue about customer service and aggravate customers to the point they will seek revenge upon LameStation for the rest of their natural life!
