Went to cancel my preorder yesterday as I got one from Woolies - only to be told that they were getting over 40 today which would fulfill all their preorders with some left over. Too late to cancel my Woolies one so it may be worth checking them out today if you are in the area.
Bear in mind, the did say SHOULD be getting over 40 today - what Microsoft tell them and what they get could be 2 different things.
