i bought a game from gamestation via website never got game,
i have tried to contact gamestation via email and telephone no luck and no refund, its been 2 months known reply back worst place to buy anything never again, they have my £40 pounds.

If you paid via a debit or credit card, apply through your bank or credit card company respectively for a refund.
GameStation are presumeably covered for lost shipments and so are legally obliged to send you the goods again or a full refund.
And yes, GameStation are scum (at least the online clowns, the store guys seem pretty cool). We have just been treated so badly by them on a large order it was unbelievable. They have never heard of customer service from what I could tell.
