re: Play.com email address Please note: The above order has not been recieved despite despatch notification on 10/12/07. This order is a Christmas gift for my daughter. I called on the 15/12 and spoke to Johnny who advised me if order is not recieved on 17/12 to call the department and you will issue a replacement. I called today and spoke to Neil and he told me the earliest replacment order can only take affect from the 18/12. As pointed out above, this is a Christmas gift for my daughter. re: Play.com email address I have ordered a gadget on the 14th of Dcember. It was supposedly sent on the 17th, the money was taken out of my account on the 17th. I too thought perhaps it was postal service but on the 20th my order was changed to preorder. It can't be both. I wanted it for Christmas and have since tried to cancel. It says you can cancel at any time. Not true as it now says I am out of time. If it ever turns up I will be amazed. Impossible to get in touch with Play.com, one returned e-mail another says that it is an unattended mailbox. Spent 10 mins. on phone and got fed up listening to music. Contacted credit card company instead who are looking into it. Not inspiring confidence so will not order aything again.

re: Play.com email address recieved my 100 pack of black cd's the packaging was that terrible that the bottom of the case holding all the cds ripped off, all the cds are scratched and damaged all over the box, whether i can burn these i dont know
