its been widely reported that MS lose over 125$ on each console(not sure if just the premium), which is quite common.. they make more revenue back through game licensing..
as for the the idiot claiming games cost less than 1p to produce....wtf?? im sure it costs a lot more to develop games (programmers etc!!)
